Biography

Dr Claire Plumbly is an HCPC-Registered Clinical Psychologist and Director of Good Therapy Ltd based in Taunton, an online centre for trauma-focused therapy. She is also CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) accredited and a qualified an EMDR consultant. EMDR is Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, an evidence-based trauma therapy.

Claire qualified in 2008 and spent over six years in the NHS in London. Since 2017 she has worked full time in her Private Practice, Good Therapy Ltd, specialising in trauma-related issues: sexual assault, early life trauma, and burnout.

She runs her own workshops and online therapy programmes and has appeared on a variety of popular podcasts. She is also active on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn and TikTok.
